We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP SolMan Consultant with 6 years of hands-on experience to manage configure and optimize our enterprise SAP landscape. You will take ownership of the end-to-end implementation of SolMan capabilities bridge technical and functional infrastructure and help drive our roadmap toward modern cloud operations (SAP Cloud ALM).

• Change & Release Management: Configure maintain and troubleshoot Change Request Management (ChaRM) Quality Gate Management (QGM) and Transport Management.

• System Monitoring & Diagnostics: Set up Application Operations System Monitoring Business Process Monitoring (BPMon) and Interface Monitoring across complex landscapes.

• Infrastructure & Setup: Perform SolMan mandatory configurations (SolManSetup) Managed System Configuration for SAP (ECC S/4HANA BTP) and non-SAP systems.

• Solution Documentation: Design and administer Business Process Hierarchies (BPH) solution branches and test management workflows.

• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Conduct system diagnostics performance tuning and analyze EarlyWatch Alerts (EWA).

• Cross-Tool Integration: Integrate SolMan with third-party ticketing platforms like ServiceNow or Remedy.

• Core Experience: Minimum 6 years of pure SAP Solution Manager (SolMan 7.2) design and configuration experience.

• Technical Edge: Strong foundational knowledge of SAP Basis S/4HANA architecture and Diagnostic Agents setup.

• Cloud Readiness: Good conceptual understanding or hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM migration is highly preferred.

• Soft Skills: Excellent client-facing communication skills and a data-driven approach to solving complex architectural bottlenecks.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related technical field.
