We are looking for a seasoned SAP SD Consultant with strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation.Job Description:
- 4 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD consultant preferably across multiple implementation projects.
- Conduct thorough analysis of client business needs related to sales order management pricing delivery billing and customer service to design optimal SAP SD solutions.
- Perform detailed configuration of SAP SD modules including customer master data sales document types pricing procedures delivery processes billing documents and output types.
- Lead the implementation of SAP SD solutions ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems including data migration testing user training and go-live support.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to SAP SD functionalities providing timely support to end-users and resolving production incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (FI MM PP QM) for seamless data flow and integration.
- Design and implement complex pricing structures such as customer-specific pricing discounts promotions and rebate agreements.
- Manage the complete sales order lifecyclefrom order creation to delivery and billingensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Develop customized reports and dashboards using SAP SD functionalities to monitor key sales performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction including business users technical teams and project managers.
- Ability to analyze complex issues troubleshoot technical problems and propose effective solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic project environments.
