SAP Core HR Functional Specialist Position 5 Yrs
Work location : Hyderabad
SAP SuccessFactors Core HR/EC Functional Consultant
- 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors/HCM experience including Employee Central implementation remediation enhancement and production support.
- Translate approved solution designs into detailed functional configuration and execution plans in collaboration with the EC architect.
- Demonstrate expert hands-on configuration experience across Employee Central RBP workflows business rules event reasons data models foundation objects and employee/job data.
- Analyze and resolve functional issues involving EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll replication concurrent employment position management job synchronization and personnel/infotype mapping.
- Support requirements validation configuration unit testing UAT defect resolution production validation and release-impact assessment for prioritized enhancements.
- Maintain configuration documentation issue/root-cause analysis test evidence and knowledge-transfer materials; escalate design decisions risks and dependencies to the architect.
- Possess an active SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification with the ability to apply certified knowledge to hands-on configuration issue remediation enhancement support and EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll integration activities.
