Responsibilities:
Enterprise delivery - 5 years PM/agile delivery in enterprise or corporate environments.
Agile practice - SAFe RTE Scrum Master - can run PI planning and a lean delivery rhythm.
Multi-workstream management - Juggles program build discovery and data readiness in parallel.
Stakeholder management - Comfortable presenting to senior leadership managing up delivering hard truths early.
Salesforce - Experienced in handing Salesforce projects.
Communication - Excellent communication skills with technical team and business leadership.
What makes A: Creates paths around obstacles. Runs governance-light without it feeling out of control. Earns credibility with technical team and executive sponsors equally.
