Position: Sales Trainee
Summary:
We are seeking motivated Sales Trainees to support field sales activities and learn the sales process. This role involves assisting in dealer and farmer engagement gaining product knowledge and achieving field targets under guidance.
Responsibilities:
Assist sales team in field activities and dealer management
Support product demonstrations and farmer meetings
Maintain records of market visits and customer interactions
Coordinate with senior sales staff for reporting and promotions
Learn and apply sales processes to achieve targets
Who Can Apply:
Graduates or diploma holders interested in a sales career
Enthusiastic about agriculture and field work
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Ready to travel within assigned regions
Requirements
Graduate or diploma in any discipline; . Agriculture preferred
Basic understanding of agriculture or agri-inputs is a plus
Strong communication teamwork and learning mindset
Self-motivated goal-oriented and field-ready

Required Skills:
25 years experience as Marketing Development Officer (MDO) or Field Assistant in seed or pesticide companies Strong local network with A-class distributors and retailers Good knowledge of crops seasons and farmer needs Self-motivated field-oriented and target-driven . / . Agriculture preferred; relevant agri-input experience accepted Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
