Sales Partner (WFH)

is an online shopping platform offering products across fashion lifestyle and everyday-use categories for men women and children. We are looking for energetic and self-driven Sales Partners / Sales Associates who can promote products generate customer interest and drive online or offline sales.

• Promote and its products through your personal and professional network.
  
• Generate new customers and sales through WhatsApp social media referrals communities and other suitable channels.
  
• Share product information offers and website links with prospective customers.
  
• Build your own customer base and encourage repeat purchases.
  
• Follow up with prospective customers and assist them in completing purchases.
  
• Work independently towards monthly sales targets.

This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with no fixed salary.

Commission is calculated progressively on monthly eligible sales:

For monthly eligible sales of 300000:

Total Commission 21000

The higher commission rate applies only to sales falling within the respective slab.

• This is a commission-only opportunity and does not carry a fixed monthly salary.
  
• Commission will be calculated on eligible net realized sales subject to adjustment for cancellations returns and refunds.
  
• Only sales successfully attributed to the respective Sales Partner will qualify for commission.
  
• Commission calculations will be finalized after applicable order/return reconciliation.
  
• Detailed sales attribution payout cycle and operating guidelines will be communicated during onboarding.
