Job Title
Sales Officer / Sr. Sales Officer / Business Development Manager

Qualification
Any Degree.
Specialization in Marketing is preferable.

Gender
Male candidates.

Age
Not exceeding 35 years.

Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in selling building materials and hardware items.
Candidates having experience in selling PVC Roofing Sheets PVC Pipes PVC Doors and Polycarbonate Sheets are most preferred.
Candidates should have good market knowledge and established contacts with dealers and builders.
Salary
Commensurate with experience.
Conveyance reimbursement as per the Companys policy for all official tours and travel.
Job Responsibilities
Expand the companys marketing network by increasing the customer base dealers building construction contractors and project site sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure timely collection of sales proceeds without default.
Ensure all collections are properly accounted for and deposited with the Company on the same day.
Comply with the Companys policies and procedures regarding customer credit agents and commission payments.
Handle and resolve product complaints amicably while maintaining good customer relationships.

Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong market knowledge in building materials and hardware products.
Ability to develop new customers and maintain existing business relationships.
Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
