Job Summary

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners. Lead mentor and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance analysis to senior management.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the Hospitality & Tourism sector. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a sales -depth knowledge of the Delhi hospitality market.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality Management or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive sales experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken).

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree and/or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field. Proficiency in MS Office Property Management Systems (PMS) and Revenue Management Tools preferred. Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment in roles such as Deputy Manager Assistant Operations Manager or Hotel Manager.
