Job Summary
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling networking and digital outreach.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Present product solutions to prospective clients highlighting technical specifications cost benefits and value-added services.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system tracking all sales activities client interactions and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and support sales initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and delivery terms to close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Provide post-sale support and ensure seamless onboarding and delivery coordination with operations.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
- Attend industry trade shows client meetings and business development events to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or a related field.
- 25 years of proven B2B sales experience preferably in manufacturing industrial or supply chain sectors.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes materials and industrial product applications.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a consistent track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
