Job Summary
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling email outreach and digital marketing channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients highlighting key features and value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns and analyze campaign performance.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform product and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system ensuring up-to-date client information and sales activity tracking.
- Stay current on industry trends competitor activities and product updates to provide informed recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is a plus.
- 02 years of experience in sales customer service or a related role; internships and academic projects are highly valued.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients confidently and professionally.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Basic understanding of sales funnels lead nurturing and customer lifecycle management.
- Willingness to learn adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed to meet client demands.
