Safety Officer

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are currently hiring for the position of Safety Officer located in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu. We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals with strong knowledge of industrial safety practices and statutory compliance.

• Implement and monitor factory safety policies and procedures.
  
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and hazard assessments.
  
• Organize fire safety drills and emergency preparedness programs.
  
• Investigate incidents accidents and near-miss events.
  
• Deliver safety awareness training to employees and contractors.
  
• Maintain statutory records safety reports and compliance documentation.
  
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards.
  
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions for identified risks.
  

1. Factory Safety Management Implementing industrial safety systems.
   
2. Fire Safety Knowledge Managing fire prevention and emergency response.
   
3. Hazard Identification Recognizing and mitigating workplace risks.
   
4. Incident Investigation Root cause analysis and reporting.
   
5. MS Office & Documentation Preparing reports and compliance records.
   

• ISO 45001 Awareness

• Safety Audit Coordination
  

Candidates should possess 36 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Experience in safety compliance employee training and risk management is preferred. The ideal candidate should be proactive detail-oriented and capable of working independently.

• Minimum: Diploma / B.E. in Safety Mechanical Industrial Engineering or related field
  
• Preferred: PG Diploma in Industrial Safety
  
• Additional: NEBOSH / IOSH Certification preferred
