What awaits you/ Job Profile

• Create manage and optimize high-quality automotive visualization models in Autodesk VRED for design reviews management reviews virtual validation and immersive experiences.
• Handle large CAS/STRAK datasets maintain structured and scalable scenegraph hierarchies manage vehicle configurations derivatives and model updates. Ensure optimal model performance data consistency and visual quality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Create and manage Geometry Switches Material Switches Variant Sets and configuration logic to support accurate vehicle variants and feature combinations.
• Prepare lightweight review-ready models optimized for real-time rendering VR/AR experiences and streaming environments.
• Create automotive animations including exterior/interior experiences/animations feature demonstrations and tolerance study visualizations using transform variations.
• Create and optimize materials textures UV mapping image textures HDRI environments lighting setups light projections and shadow/light baking workflows.
• Collaborate with global design and engineering teams to deliver visualization assets aligned with project milestones and BMW standards.

Must have technical skill

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Visualization Computer Graphics Design Animation or a related field.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with Autodesk VRED in automotive visualization vehicle configuration management or digital validation environments.
• Strong expertise in Scenegraph management model optimization and handling large CAS/STRAK datasets.
• Deep understanding of Geometry Switches Material Switches Variant Sets and complex vehicle configuration logic with proven experience in creating and maintaining valid variant combinations.
• Experience preparing models for management reviews VR/AR visualization and real-time streaming.
• Strong knowledge of materials textures UV mapping lighting HDRI setup light projection shadow baking and animation workflows.
• Experience creating tolerance study models and visualization-driven validation assets.
• Strong understanding of data organization model hierarchy management naming conventions and Scenegraph best practices for large-scale automotive visualization projects.

Good to have Technical skills

• Experience with Unreal Engine Blender or other 3D visualization and modeling tools.
• Exposure to XR technologies (VR/AR/MR) and immersive visualization workflows.
• Basic scripting or automation knowledge within VRED.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Meticulous way of working and ability to self-organize in dynamic environments.
• Excellent time management skills.
