Job Summary
The QA Executive (RM Analyst) will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of raw materials (RM) particularly spices across supplier and warehouse operations. The role involves inspection sampling coordination compliance monitoring and adherence to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct RM sampling and physical inspections at supplier warehouses and during receipt
* Perform quality checks for all incoming raw materials
* Coordinate with the procurement team to send RM samples to Cochin for analysis
* Monitor and verify the raw material grading process
* Provide training to labour/workers on GMP food safety and operational procedures
* Monitor pest control and fumigation activities to ensure compliance
* Conduct field visits and monitor processes at third-party (3P) locations (polishing washing cleaning etc.)
* Supervise loading and unloading inspections
* Perform basic GMP audits and ensure timely closure of non-conformities (NCs)
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all quality-related activities

Required Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of spices and raw material quality parameters

Good understanding of food safety standards (GMP hygiene practices etc.)
