HIRING RESPONSIBLE SOURCING & CONFLICT MINERALS ANALYST

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Responsible Sourcing & Conflict Minerals Analyst with strong knowledge of Conflict Minerals Reporting Responsible Sourcing and ESG practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and support Conflict Minerals / Responsible Minerals reporting activities.

Collect review and validate supplier data through CMRT and related reporting templates.

Identify and assess smelters refiners countries of origin and supply-chain risks.

Coordinate with suppliers to resolve data gaps inconsistencies and compliance issues.

Support responsible sourcing due diligence risk assessment and corrective actions.

Maintain documentation reporting records and compliance trackers.

Collaborate with Procurement Supply Chain Sustainability Compliance and suppliers.

Support ESG and responsible sourcing initiatives as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong understanding of Conflict Minerals / Responsible Minerals Reporting

Hands-on experience with CMRT and supplier data collection

Knowledge of 3TG Tin Tantalum Tungsten & Gold

Understanding of RMI / RMAP and responsible sourcing practices

Knowledge of OECD Due Diligence Guidelines / ESG compliance

Strong analytical documentation and stakeholder-management skills

Good communication and Excel/reporting capabilities

EDUCATION

Engineering Mechanical / Electrical / Metallurgy preferred or MBA in Sustainability / ESG or relevant hands-on experience in Conflict Minerals Reporting.
