Function: Investment Research

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across AIFs PMS Private Equity Venture Capital REITs InvITs Structured Products GIFT City products and Global Alternatives.

• Evaluate investment opportunities fund managers investment strategies portfolio construction risks and return drivers.

• Prepare investment notes research reports comparative analyses and thematic research to support investment decisions.

• Conduct manager and product due diligence including research documentation and management interactions.

• Support the Investment Committee with presentations analysis recommendations and follow-ups.

• Monitor existing investments market developments regulations competitors and emerging investment themes.

• Maintain structured manager databases research repositories and investment documentation.

• Work closely with Investment Product Advisory and Relationship Management teams.

• Leverage AI tools and technology to improve research quality speed analysis and workflow efficiency.

• Identify new investment opportunities and emerging strategies relevant to client portfolios.

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance Economics Commerce Business Fintech or related fields.

• CFA / CAIA / MBA / CA or equivalent qualification preferred.

• Strong understanding of capital markets and alternative investments.

• Good financial analysis research and analytical skills.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Bloomberg Morningstar or similar research platforms is an advantage.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT Claude Gemini Perplexity or NotebookLM.

• Knowledge of Python SQL or workflow automation is an added advantage.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

• High ownership intellectual curiosity commercial judgement and a self-starter mindset.
