Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across AIFs PMS Private Equity Venture Capital REITs InvITs Structured Products GIFT City products and Global Alternatives.

Evaluate investment opportunities fund managers investment strategies portfolio construction risks and return drivers.

Prepare investment notes research reports comparative analyses and thematic research to support investment decisions.

Conduct manager and product due diligence including research documentation and management interactions.

Support the Investment Committee with presentations analysis recommendations and follow-ups.

Monitor existing investments market developments regulations competitors and emerging investment themes.

Maintain structured manager databases research repositories and investment documentation.

Work closely with Investment Product Advisory and Relationship Management teams.

Leverage AI tools and technology to improve research quality speed analysis and workflow efficiency.

Identify new investment opportunities and emerging strategies relevant to client portfolios.
-
Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance Economics Commerce Business Fintech or related fields.
-
CFA / CAIA / MBA / CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
-
Strong understanding of capital markets and alternative investments.
-
Good financial analysis research and analytical skills.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with Bloomberg Morningstar or similar research platforms is an advantage.

Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT Claude Gemini Perplexity or NotebookLM.

Knowledge of Python SQL or workflow automation is an added advantage.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

High ownership intellectual curiosity commercial judgement and a self-starter mindset.
