Design and execute user research studies including interviews surveys usability testing and observational research
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns insights and actionable recommendations
Translate research findings into clear compelling reports and presentations for cross-functional stakeholders
Collaborate with product and design teams to define research goals scope and methodologies
Maintain a user-centric mindset throughout the product lifecycle from concept to launch
Contribute to the development of research plans participant recruitment strategies and study materials
Stay current with emerging research trends tools and best practices in user experience research

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human-Computer Interaction Psychology Cognitive Science Sociology or a related field
2 years of experience in user research UX research or a similar role
Proficiency in research tools such as Optimal Workshop Maze Lookback Dovetail or similar
Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively
Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
Familiarity with remote and in-person research facilitation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced agile environments
