Job Summary
- Collect clean and analyze large datasets from e-commerce platforms CRM systems POS terminals and market research tools.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio to visualize key performance metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer segmentation purchase behavior and product performance to inform merchandising and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing product and supply chain teams to provide data-backed recommendations for campaign optimization and inventory planning.
- Monitor KPIs related to sales conversion rates customer retention and campaign ROI delivering regular reports and insights.
- Identify trends and anomalies in data to support proactive decision-making and risk mitigation.
- Automate routine reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on emerging data analytics trends and tools relevant to the fashion and retail industry.
- Bachelors degree in Statistics Mathematics Computer Science Business Analytics or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in data analysis preferably within the fashion retail or e-commerce sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and A/B testing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear business-friendly insights.
- Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
