Job Summary
- Lead and manage high-impact projects from conception to completion ensuring on-time on-budget delivery
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational objectives and market demands

Requirements
- 10 years of relevant professional experience in a leadership or senior operational role preferably in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-phase projects with measurable outcomes and high visibility
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning business transformation and driving operational efficiency
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal abilities with executive presence
- Bachelors degree in Business Management Engineering or a related field; advanced degree (MBA MS or PhD) preferred
- Experience with performance measurement frameworks data analytics tools and business intelligence platforms
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall etc.) and relevant software (e.g. MS Project Jira Tableau)
- Track record of leading teams through change fostering collaboration and building high-performing cultures
