Job Summary
Key Activities & Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning and execution
- Analyse business processes and provide recommendations
- Collaborate with senior managers on strategic initiatives
- Develop and present reports and presentations
- Support daily operational activities
- Brainstorm on Marketing Activities
- Compile weekly updates from all departments including Sales Projects and AMCs and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products.
- Oversee all aspects of exhibitions including the preparation of presentations for stalls seating arrangements pamphlets signage refreshments (such as tea) and chocolates.
- Conduct training sessions for clients.
- The creation of the installation video for company videos remains outstanding.
- Provide training to clients.
- Organize a meeting and training session for clients at a five-star hotel ensuring all bookings and program management are handled effectively.
- Create a touch panel for a trolley bag and design a demo kit to be transported in a Pelican case.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Conduct testing for company products.
- Utilize your creativity to comprehend the necessity of safety products within the data centre and explore marketing strategies for the company.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the data centre and the future of the data centre industry in India.
- Offer marketing concepts such as festival-themed posts current scenarios and any relevant global events on our products.
Requirements
- Bachelors / Ongoing degree in Business Management or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
