Job Summary
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to design implement and monitor strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments to align objectives resources and timelines.
- Track progress measure success and report outcomes to stakeholders using data-driven insights.
- Identify risks and opportunities and recommend actionable solutions to ensure initiative success.
- Maintain documentation project plans and communication materials to support transparency and accountability.
Requirements
- 5 years supporting cross-functional strategic initiatives
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello Microsoft Project) and data analysis platforms.
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
