Responsible for supporting factories under Asia OPCO matters related to melting process and fiber forming process. Such as but not limited to new melting technology implementation optimization of melting and fiber forming process troubleshooting driving process/energy optimization product quality compliance.

Well executed planning Coordination on-site support as per business requirements; with focus on ensuring continuous employee training and development collaborating with all the factories to pursue sustainable capacity efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
