- Recruitment Executive: 12 years of recruitment experience
- Senior Recruiter: 35 years of IT / Non-IT recruitment experience
- Team Lead: 5 years of recruitment experience with team-handling exposure
Skills:
- Hands-on experience with job portals and modern sourcing tools
- Strong communication negotiation and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm is preferred
