Role Title: R2R Manager
Reports to: Process Delivery Manager R2R
Location: Chinchwad Pune
Manages and ensures that the legal reporting for one or several legal entities within the sub region is carried out according to the requirements.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating and providing input to the legal reporting for one or several legal entities served by the sub-region (incl responsibility for local regulatory requirements)
Ensure that work is carried out according to the defined processes and that compliance from a legal and corporate governance perspective is fulfilled
Responsible for coordinating the internal and external audit of the legal entities
Interacts with Company Finance manager for the legal entity as well as act as the main interfaces to other business stakeholders
Responsible to prepare Statutory accounts in coordination with Company Finance Manager
Responsible for coordinating and reviewing month-end closing and reporting
Drive and coordinate reporting improvements and use SKF Business excellence as the tool to reach future goals
Working close with CFO for margin analysis and quarterly board pack
Experience
Qualified Chartered Accountant
7-12 years of work experience within Finance function including experience within:
Finance management
Accounting and controlling
Should possess exp. from Listed compny
Competency
Broad understanding of Finance processes
Extended networking and teaming skills
Ability to identify improvement possibilities
Broad ERP knowledge
Broad skill in accounting and reporting
Knowledge in auditing activities preferable
Role Success Criteria
Being a team player and a purposeful action taker. Work together with colleagues as a team
Capability and willingness to challenge the standard in order to secure accounting and improve processes. Open minded when it comes to changes.
