Job Summary
Hiring: Quality Engineer Full Stack (Agentic AI / Python)
Locations: Bangalore Kolkata
Experience: 7 Years
We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Engineer with strong experience in Full Stack testing and modern AI-driven applications especially Python-based Agentic AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute test strategies for Python-based Agentic AI applications
Validate multi-agent systems RAG pipelines and autonomous workflows
Build automated testing frameworks using Pytest Unittest Behave or Robot Framework
Develop mocking and simulation environments for multi-agent interactions
Create integration tests for agents retrievers APIs and ML components
Design data-driven test cases for varied AI inputs and outputs
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab)
Ensure quality validation of AI models prompts and API responses
Required Skills:
7 years of QA / Full Stack testing experience
Strong Python automation testing experience
Experience with Agentic AI / AI-based applications (RAG LLM workflows)
Hands-on with test frameworks like Pytest / Robot Framework / Behave
Experience in API testing and integration testing
CI/CD pipeline integration experience
Strong analytical and debugging skills
Important Notes:
Candidate must be available for Face-to-Face interview at IBM location if required
Day 1 reporting from Date of Joining is mandatory
