QA Trainee (Tester)

We are looking for energetic responsible and detail-oriented freshers to join our 5-Month QA Training Program.

During the training you will learn software testing practices and work on our real SaaS products primarily iSmartRecruit as well as other products such as NextInHR.

Training Duration: 5 Months
Stipend: 4000/month from the 2nd month
After Successful Completion: Full-time employment as a QA Executive with 240000/year based on performance during the training period.

• Learn and understand iSmartRecruit and other company products.

• Perform manual testing of web applications and identify bugs.

• Test new features and enhancements before release.

• Perform functional regression and usability testing.

• Create and execute test cases based on product requirements.

• Identify document and track bugs with clear steps to reproduce.

• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.

• Test different user roles workflows and application scenarios.

• Work closely with developers product managers and other QA team members.

• Participate in release testing and ensure product quality.

• Continuously improve knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA tools.

• Freshers interested in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Basic understanding of software and web applications.

• Willingness to learn testing concepts and tools.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to understand requirements and identify potential issues.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualification: BE/ BCA MCA MSc Computer Science or any graduate/postgraduate degree with an interest in software testing.

Prior internship or experience in software testing will be a plus.
