Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and solution-oriented AI-Enabled QA Engineer with 35 years of

experience in quality engineering and test automation. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem

solver who leverages AI tools and automation to enhance software quality accelerate release

cycles and improve engineering productivity. You will collaborate closely with product managers

developers and platform teams to build intelligent testing systems that scale across modern

cloud-native and AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Driven Quality Engineering

Use AI tools and LLMs to design generate and optimize test cases and testing strategies.

Apply AI-assisted debugging and root cause analysis techniques.

Build intelligent test workflows using AI copilots and automation frameworks.

Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual testing through AI and automation.

Automation & Testing

Design develop and maintain robust automation frameworks.

Implement API UI and backend automation testing.

Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Develop reusable test utilities and frameworks.

Perform regression integration and performance validation.

Quality Strategy

Define test strategies for microservices and distributed systems.

Collaborate with engineering teams to promote shift-left quality practices.

Improve release confidence through automated quality gates.

Track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration

Work closely with developers during feature design and implementation.

Participate in sprint planning design reviews and retrospectives.

Advocate best practices in quality engineering across teams.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

35 years of experience in Software QA or Quality background in test automation.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Automation Tools

Hands-on experience with Selenium Playwright or Cypress.

REST API testing using tools such as Postman RestAssured or Karate.

Test frameworks such as JUnit TestNG or PyTest.

Programming Skills

Strong coding skills in Java Python or JavaScript.

Experience writing maintainable and scalable automation code.

AI & Modern Tooling

Practical experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot ChatGPT Cursor or similar AI

coding assistants.

Experience generating test cases or automation workflows using AI tools.

Understanding of prompt engineering concepts is an advantage.

DevOps & Platforms

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.

Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments.

Understanding of API-first and microservices architectures.Preferred Qualifications

Experience testing AI/ML or data-driven applications.

Knowledge of performance testing tools such as k6 JMeter or Locust.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS GCP or Azure.

Exposure to Kubernetes environments.

Familiarity with observability tools and log analysis.
