Job Role Clarity – Purchase Manager
Role Definition
Responsible for ensuring uninterrupted cost-effective and efficient procurement
operations by developing reliable suppliers maintaining inventory discipline
optimizing purchase costs and supporting business scalability through strong
procurement systems.
Reporting To:
Founder / Managing Director
Core Objective:
To build a system-driven procurement and supply chain function by ensuring timely
material availability supplier diversification inventory optimization and procurement
efficiency leading to improved margins reduced business dependency risks and
smooth operational flow.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Age: 30–42 years
Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain / Chemical Industry / Operations
MBA in Supply Chain / Procurement Management (Preferred)
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Purchase & Procurement
Experience in Chemical / Industrial Raw Material Industry preferred
Strong vendor negotiation & inventory planning experience
Salary Range:
50K – 90K PM (Depending on experience & industry exposure)
