Job Summary
Role Purpose- Support the delivery of change initiatives and testing activities across the account ensuring quality execution stakeholder alignment and timely Responsibilities -1. Coordinate and support end-to-end change and testing activities.2. Gather document and validate business requirements and process changes.3. Plan execute and monitor SIT UAT and regression testing activities.4. Manage defect triage prioritization tracking and resolution.5. Liaise with business operations technology and client stakeholders.6. Track risks dependencies actions and project milestones through governance status reports executive summaries and delivery updates.
