Job Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and ageappropriate mathematics lessons to primary students.
Design and implement lesson plans that align with the schools curriculum standards and learning outcomes.
Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations providing timely feedback.
Foster a positive inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
Collaborate with fellow teachers counselors and administrators to support holistic student development.
Participate in cocurricular and extracurricular activities including math clubs competitions and school events.
Maintain accurate records of attendance grades and student performance as per school policies.
Engage with parents and guardians through regular communication parentteacher meetings and progress reports.
Continually update teaching methodologies by attending professional development workshops and training sessions.

Essential Qualifications

Graduate degree in Mathematics Elementary Education or a related field (. or . with a focus on Mathematics).
Valid teaching certification/licensure as per Madhya Pradesh state regulations.
Strong command of English and Hindi for effective classroom instruction.
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts for young learners.
Excellent communication interpersonal and classroom management skills.

Desired Experience

Minimum 23 years of teaching experience at the primary or preprimary level preferably in a coeducational setting.
Experience with modern pedagogical tools digital learning platforms and interactive teaching aids.
Track record of contributing to school initiatives such as science fairs math Olympiads or extracurricular clubs.
