Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute electrical installation and project activities at site.
Plan and monitor project activities schedules manpower and materials.
Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers technicians subcontractors and clients.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings specifications and safety standards.
Prepare material requirements and support estimation/costing activities.
Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes standards and safety procedures.
Support project documentation and client coordination.
Requirements
B.E./ or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
15 years of relevant experience in electrical project/site execution.
Experience in commercial/industrial electrical projects preferred.
Knowledge of electrical systems codes and standards.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
Exposure to electrical estimation and material planning is an advantage.
Kannada proficiency is mandatory.
Willingness to work at the Bidadi project site.
Required Skills:
Required Skills & Experience 8 years of professional software engineering experience in backend systems APIs or AI products Proficiency in Python (Django) and JavaScript / TypeScript (React) Strong understanding of REST / GraphQL APIs backend architecture and data modelling Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks LangChain LangGraph Semantic Kernel or similar Experience with containerisation (Docker) and cloud platforms (GCP Azure or equivalent) Solid working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases Proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to production deployment Strong system design skills and software engineering fundamentals Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Good to Have Experience in a product SaaS or consulting environment Exposure to MLOps pipelines big data or deep learning workflows Prior experience building governance and compliance layers into AI systems
