About the role

As a Project Manager/Transformation Manager you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the Operations Transformation team collaborating with COOs Other Functional Teams/Leads Role focuses on driving digital transformation initiatives powered by agentic artificial intelligence and generative models ensuring structured change management and clear communication across key stakeholders. In this role you will:

• Lead end to end delivery of digital transformation projects powered by agentic artificial intelligence and generative models ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and measurable impact on operational performance.
• Oversee structured change management activities by designing robust communication plans that guide stakeholders through adoption of new AI enabled processes and tools
• Coordinate transformation program design by defining scope milestones dependencies and success metrics that support sustainable enterprise AI change strategy.
• Drive collaboration with key stakeholders across business and technology teams by facilitating regular forums that surface risks decisions and feedback related to AI driven initiatives
• Manage day to day project operations in a hybrid work model by organizing tasks monitoring progress and maintaining transparent status reporting for leadership and partner teams.
