Job Summary
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge user requirements with company goals and technical considerations adhering to established methodologies. Coordinate and manage project resources ensuring optimal allocation and utilization throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress identify and mitigate potential risks and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track. Facilitate clear and concise communication among team members stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment and transparency. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders outlining achievements challenges and next steps.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in project management within an IT or software development setting. Solid understanding of project management principles methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall) and tools. Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
PMP or Prince2 certification is highly desirable. Experience with project management software such as Jira Asana or Microsoft Project. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving technical environment. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges and opportunities.
