Job Summary
- Experience: 8 years of software engineering experience with knowledge of all phases of SDLC having spent at-least 3 years in leading and managing development teams using Agile methodologies
- Native Cloud knowledge and hands on experience from a platform perspective (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS)
- AWS and/or Azure development and deployment experience including microservice architecture on the cloud
- Understanding and working knowledge of using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to represent service architecture and configuration
- Passionate about fast feedback cycles continuous integration devops and test automation
- Experience building secure scalable software systems (UI APIs data persistence layers)
- Experience leading a cross functional software team including frontend/backend/QA/Devops engineers
- Strong handson expertise in Java and Javabased microservices (mandatory)
- Frontend/UI experience (React/Angular/TypeScript/NodeJS) is a plus
- Experience working with and leading remote teams including offshore resources
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily standups sprint planning retros backlog grooming)
- Handson coding and technical contribution experience is mandatory
- Ability to collaborate effectively with USbased teams in a distributed/offshore setup
- Bachelors degree or higher in a computer science or related field and/or relevant experience
Additional Information :
- Has worked with UK clients and team (Preferred)
- Has working experience of the onshore offshore model
- Has experience of commercial awareness in aspects such as revenue recognition and margin management
