What This Role Is All About

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Delivery Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) and lead strategic client implementations programs and business initiatives. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through successful delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives stakeholder expectations and client commitments.

The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative leader with a strong background in project and program delivery stakeholder management governance and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams business leaders and external clients to deliver complex initiatives that drive exceptional customer and business outcomes.

Your Key Areas of Focus

• Lead end-to-end project and program delivery including initiation planning execution governance and closure.
• Provide leadership and coordination for internal and external project teams across multiple functional areas throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans ensuring milestone achievement timeline adherence and dependency management.
• Define project scope and manage change requests to ensure alignment with business and client expectations
• Facilitate governance activities including steering committee meetings executive updates and stakeholder communications.
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks while driving timely resolution of issues and escalations.
• Produce and maintain project documentation status reporting issue logs action trackers and meeting artifacts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients business stakeholders subject matter experts and external partners.
• Track and manage PMO objectives key results and delivery performance metrics to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards quality controls and organizational project delivery frameworks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project execution operational efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing priorities and resource requirements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications for Success

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Project Management Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• PMI certification or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• 5 years of experience managing projects or programs within a PMO delivery operations or technology environment.
• Experience within telecommunications technology services device protection insurance warranty or related industries preferred.
