Project Manager

Position SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing complex cross-functional projects across Milacron using industry-standard project management tools methodologies and governance frameworks. This role serves as a key execution partner to Engineering Product Management Operations Supply Chain Quality and Commercial teams ensuring projects are delivered on time within scope with high quality and in alignment with business objectives. The Project Manager drives accountability risk management stakeholder communication and execution discipline to deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities / ObjectivesLead & Manage end-to-end industrial project lifecycle including concept design reviews procurement manufacturing readiness installation commissioning handover and comprehensive project plans including scope milestones deliverables dependencies resources schedules and risk mitigation and control change management process for any change In CTQUse proactive risk mitigation planning techniquesServe as the primary project lead coordinating activities across Engineering Operations Supply Chain Product Management Quality and Commercial project governance accountability and timely decision-making through regular project reviews and stakeholder project risks issues constraints and critical path activities proactively identifying mitigation and recovery project communications status reporting executive updates and stakeholder project deliverables meet defined quality cost and schedule New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering changes manufacturing readiness process improvement initiatives cost reduction projects and operational transformation cross-functional collaboration and resolve project roadblocks through influence and effective project performance through dashboards KPIs action logs and project health adherence to standardized project management methodologies templates and governance continuous improvement initiatives to enhance execution excellence and external suppliers consultants and service partners when process compliance at each review stage ensuring the project is within the defined scopeShould be able to control all 9 management areas in project management Introduce both predictive and preventive KPI for projects Leadership ScopeThis role operates across multiple functions and business units influencing project outcomes without direct reporting authority. The Project Manager works closely with business leaders and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining alignment with strategic business objectives. Skills & Experience12 years of overall professional 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management Program Management or Technical Project experience leading complex cross-functional projects within manufacturing industrial equipment engineered products machine design or product development understanding of project planning execution risk management change management and stakeholder working in global matrix-based organizations and leading teams through success in delivering projects on time within budget and meeting business analytical problem-solving and decision-making written verbal presentation and executive communication in project management software and Microsoft Office knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and manufacturing processes exposure to heavy industry manufacturing operations industrial equipment capital projects or engineered-to-order product knowledge of safety quality cost delivery and compliance requirements in factory shop-floor or heavy engineering coordinating with engineering production supply chain quality service and external suppliers to resolve constraints impacting schedule cost quality or technical to lead technical reviews manufacturing feasibility checks design-change impact assessments and stage-gate readiness understanding of supplier follow-up long-lead item tracking BOM readiness capacity constraints and industrial project dependency Degree in Engineering Operations Manufacturing Business or a related discipline Certification is or Postgraduate qualification in Business Management Operations or Project Management will be an added advantage.
