Job Summary
Instrumentation & Control Solutions (ICS) is looking for a detail-oriented Project Management Engineer to support project documentation coordination planning and reporting activities for Industrial Automation Electrical and Instrumentation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and records.
- Manage documents including BOM IO List GA Drawings Wiring Drawings Datasheets Calibration Reports FAT/SAT documents and Test Certificates.
- Maintain document tracking logs and revision history.
- Coordinate with project procurement and site teams for document collection.
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
- Follow up for document approvals and closure of comments.
- Maintain project folders soft copies and hard copy records.
- Prepare project progress reports and status updates.
- Support project planning scheduling and reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with company documentation standards and client requirements.
Required Skills
- 23 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of project documentation systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of Industrial Automation Electrical or Instrumentation projects.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
