Job Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Lead with a strong background in IT services to manage and deliver technology projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning execution stakeholder coordination and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and budget adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects across development implementation and delivery phases
- Define project scope goals timelines and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development QA DevOps and business teams
- Monitor project progress identify risks and implement mitigation plans proactively
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and present project status reports dashboards and documentation
- Manage resource allocation task assignments and team performance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards compliance requirements and organizational processes
- Facilitate sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and review meetings (Agile projects)
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- 4 years of experience in project coordination or project leadership roles within IT services
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on experience with Agile Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA MS Project Asana Trello etc.)
- Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience handling client-facing projects
- Exposure to cloud technologies enterprise applications or digital transformation projects
- Project Management certifications (PMP PRINCE2 CSM SAFe) are a plus
- Experience working in fast-paced service-oriented environments
