The Project Engineer is responsible for execution of customer projects & standard platform products from order receipt through design manufacturing testing documentation and shipment. The role serves as the technical focal point for assigned projects and Products works closely with Global Engineering Project Management Supply Chain Manufacturing Quality and Suppliers to ensure projects & products are delivered on time within budget and in compliance with Cytiva quality standards.

This position is part of the Custom Engineering organization located in Pune and will be an on-site role.At Cytiva our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What will you do:

• Review of customer specifications and project requirements.
• Lead technical execution from kick-off through shipment.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables schedules & inventories
• Support manufacturing Inspection FAT documentation and compliance activities.
• Act as technical interface between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement using DBS principles.

Who are you:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical Chemical or related discipline. 3 to 8 years of relevant project engineering experience
• Experience in life sciences biopharma filtration systems skids process equipment or capital projects. Knowledge of skid manufacturing piping instrumentation and welding.
• Experience in P&IDs GA drawings fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Knowledge in CAD tools such as AutoCAD SolidWorks or Inventor.
