What this job involves:

• Working closely with either the project manager or the senior project manager (or both)
• Youll play a pivotal role in driving project success.
• Youll take ownership of Civil & Interior Construction Bill verification Quality Assurance Planning & Control of a commercial / campus Project and provide a boost to the major ones.
• Review the drawings prepare the DPR and project checklists
• Making sure that all reporting communication and working procedures are streamlined and that every project has clear objectives in place.
• Your attendance at project meetings is necessary and youll be expected to create project-related reports analyses and reviews

• Experience in PMC preferred
• Experience in commercial building projects from sub structure superstructure to completion
• Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders and see things from their perspective.

• Communicate and collaborate to achieve success.
• Thrive under pressure and deal effectively with tight deadlines and high expectations

Proven expertise in site management

An ideal candidate is a certified professional in a building-related discipline with significant experiences in site supervision.
