Project Engineer (Fitout) - Chennai

Job Description Summary

Responsible for planning coordinating and executing interior fit-out projects while ensuring quality safety budget and schedule compliance. Acts as the link between clients consultants subcontractors and site teams to deliver projects successfully.

Job Description

  • Plan supervise and monitor fit-out works at site.
  • Coordinate with clients consultants vendors and subcontractors.
  • Review drawings specifications and project schedules.
  • Ensure work is completed as per quality safety and contractual requirements.
  • Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Manage material procurement and site resource allocation.
  • Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
  • Conduct inspections and support project handover and closeout.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 38 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD MS Project and MS Office.
  • Strong communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
