CONTRACTUAL LABOUR & HR OPERATIONS:

• VENDOR LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT:Orchestrating the end-to-end lifecycle of contractor sourcing attendance tracking and financial reconciliation (bill booking).
• OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: Expertise in Payroll administration HRIS/ERP data integrity and comprehensive employee lifecycle management.
• STRATEGIC OPTIMIZATION: Implementing Manpower Planning and cost-reduction strategies through precision shift-scheduling.

PLANT ADMINISTRATION & EXTERNAL LIAISONING:

• SECURE ACCESS CONTROL: Managing complex Gate Pass Administration for Mines/Plant entry in strict adherence to statutory safety protocols.
