Job Summary

  • Review and evaluate the Contractors baseline programme detailed work programme and project schedules for completeness logic sequence and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Examine the construction programme and activity schedules to ensure that planned activities milestones resources and timelines are realistic and achievable.
  • Monitor actual project progress against the approved baseline programme identify deviations and assess their impact on project completion dates and milestones.
  • Review and analyse programme updates revisions recovery programmes catch-up plans and revised schedules submitted by the Contractor.
  • Identify critical path activities delays slippages constraints and potential schedule risks and recommend appropriate mitigation and corrective measures.
  • Review the Contractors resource deployment plans including manpower equipment materials and productivity assumptions in relation to the approved programme.
  • Assess the impact of variations design changes site constraints approvals utilities and other factors on the project schedule and completion milestones.
  • Prepare and review progress monitoring reports schedule analysis S-curves milestone tracking look-ahead programmes and other project control reports.
  • Coordinate with the Team Leader/Project Manager Resident Engineer Contractor and other technical specialists to resolve scheduling issues and improve project performance.
  • Utilize appropriate project management and scheduling software/tools for programme development monitoring analysis reporting and presentation and provide recommendations to ensure timely completion of the project.

Qualifications :

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University 
  2. Professional Experience of at least 12 years in handling Highway Projects
  3. Program Schedule Reviewer
  4. Medical certificate of fitness as per Appendix-B-l. (in case of Age being more than 60 years)

Preferential Qualifications:

  1. Degree PG In constructionManagement/Project Management/Infrastructure Development & Management
  2. Trained in Project Management Minimum 15 days training certificates from any Govt Institute.
  3. Experience of Software tools
