Program Mgr, Invoice Scanning, ROW Inbound NOC

ROW (Rest of World) Network Operations Centre (NOC) sits at the core of the order-to-delivery Supply Chain. Under the broader NOC org sites ROW Inbound (ROW IB) which aims to improve reliability cost-to-serve and operator/vendor experience in First Mile operations through standardization programmatic interventions exception management and automations. We achieve this through our centralized workstreams on (i) vendor/seller/carrier appointment scheduling (ii) rescue interventions (iii) research workflows and (iv) network monitoring.

The Invoice Scanning Program team is responsible for ensuring accurate timely and compliant digitization of inbound shipment invoices across Amazon Fulfillment Centers. The team drives operational excellence by maintaining high document quality enabling seamless invoice retrieval and supporting downstream finance compliance and seller reimbursement processes.
As a Program Manager you will own the end-to-end Invoice Scanning program leading a team of blue and green badges driving process improvements operational efficiency and defect reduction initiatives across multiple fulfillment centers. You will collaborate with Operations Finance Seller Reimbursements Technology and Product teams to develop scalable solutions that improve document accuracy visibility and customer experience.
You will use data-driven decision making to identify operational gaps define key performance metrics automate manual processes and lead cross-functional projects from concept to execution. You will also be responsible for resource planning stakeholder management and ensuring service level agreements are consistently achieved.

- 2 years of program or project management experience

- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
