We are looking for a highly skilled Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in AWS Cloud and programming. This role involves managing critical applications ensuring uptime and handling real-time production challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with AWS Services (EC2 S3 CloudWatch Lambda RDS)

Proficiency in at least one programming language:

Java

Python

Experience in L1 & L2 Production Support

Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems

Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases

Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch Splunk ELK

Knowledge of incident management tools (ServiceNow Jira)
