Job Profile:
- Day-to-day planning of activities as per planning
- Work as team leader to ensure daily production targets are achieved as per Daily production planning.
- Ensure that Production data documentations & procedures are updated: Management of Change batch sheets SOPs with R&D.
- Participate to Management systems update (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001)
- Lead and manage shift team as an Inspiring
- Day to day production planning & managing work force efficiently operation control & Monitoring as per weekly sales
- Overall equipment utilization and batch yield/cost saving per ton ofTo solve the issues using analytical methods and implement the counter measures
- Co-ordination with internal department mechanical/electrical/instrumentation Team to carry out scheduled/ planned/ breakdown/ emergency maintenance
- Exposure to ISO- (QMS EMS) TPM PHA
Education - Chemical/Civil/Mechanical with 10 Years experience in Construction Chemicals compulsory
