To support production operations at the Air Conditioner Manufacturing Plant ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved while reducing input costs and conversion costs.

• Monitor daily production activities to achieve planned production targets.
  

• Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
  

• Identify opportunities to reduce raw material/input costs and manufacturing conversion costs.
  

• Support process improvement initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  

• Coordinate with quality maintenance and other departments to resolve production-related issues.
  

• Monitor production performance and help minimize wastage defects and rework.
  

• Follow workplace safety standards and manufacturing procedures.
  

• Maintain production records and prepare reports as required.
