Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Product Solution Engineer with 2 years of experienceto join our dynamic team at PhonePe. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation inproduction support troubleshooting and automation. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can maintain system stability automate manual tasks and effectively bridge the gapbetween technical operations and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose troubleshoot and fix production software issues efficiently
Develop and own monitoring solutions for both production and non-productionenvironments and applications
Develop smaller complexity features and enhancements in existing stable systemcomponents
Adapt installers shell scripts and Perl scripts to aggressively automate manual tasks
Provide valuable feedback from customer users to the internal engineering and productteams
Maintain an ongoing record of problem analysis and resolution activity in an on-calltracking system

Required Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience
Proven success working in a fast-paced production support environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in writing with a successful track recordof responding to and resolving customer issues
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively work and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Possess the ability to understand business problems and provide data solutions orinformation related to business requirements

Technical Skills:
Scripting & Automation: Strong knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python PerlShell script) required
Databases: Good exposure to MySQL with the ability to write and understand complexSQL joins
Programming Languages: Experience in any programming language (C Java orRubyOnRails is a strong plus)

Systems: On-call tracking systems and production monitoring solutions
