Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Gather user insights through customer interviews field visits and operational research.
- Collaborate with Engineering Design Operations and Leadership teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Prioritize product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
- Define product metrics and monitor feature performance.
- Lead product launches and post-launch improvements.
- Build scalable workflows for operational planning workforce management and service execution.
- Analyse business data to identify product opportunities.
- Drive continuous product improvements using customer feedback and analytics.
- Ensure product quality usability and operational effectiveness.
Requirements

- Strong experience in Product Management.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and Agile development.
- Strong understanding of product metrics and business KPIs.
- Proficiency in SQL Excel Google Sheets or analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics marketplaces agritech fintech mobility staffing or operations-focused products.
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Experience launching new products or scaling technology platforms.
- Familiarity with rural markets field operations or mobile-first applications.
