Role Summary
- The role holderis responsible forsupporting theRegionalCCM Services LeadandHead ofCCMProduct & Design on development and delivery of the overall lending product strategy.
- This includes designinitiativesandongoingmanagement ofCCMlending productsand processesaligned topropositionssegmentationand participation models.
- Theholder mustanticipatefuture market conditions in a changing context (incl. pricing risk regulatory and customer insight); and drive product performance within this context.The role holder will developdetailedunderstanding of the regional/countryrequirements andwill work to deliver ourglobal CMMproduct within these parameters.
- The role holder will drive the global strategy development managementoversightand governance of CCM products
- The role holder willsupport implementation of a consistent Target Operating Model (TOM) as well as the development of business tracking / performance metrics e.g. portfolio analytics pricing toolsetc.
- The role holder will support local product initiatives and government schemes where relevant.
- The role holder will contribute to the performance of the lendingproductincluding the lending risk indicators and monitoring activities.
- The role holder will support wider Credit & Lending stakeholders in the submission of new processes and products toCCM governance forums.
- The role holder willsupportbusinessstrategy & objectivesincludinggrowing revenueROTEand profitability in afast-changing environment.
- Support on the deliveryof keyworkinggroupsand projects driven by both internal and external requirements.
Knowledge & Experience:
Essential:
- Credit and Lending experience. This could be from various areas of the E2E Credit & Lending journey e.g. RM / RM support; Credit Services; Operations; Risk; Product.
- Ability to deal with complex requirements
- Ability to meet exacting timescales
- Strong analytical background with a high degree of attention to detail
- Background working in cross-functional teams to drive requirements capture
Recommended:
- - Experience working within a frontline team or as part of a function which closely supports frontline teams
