Product Manager-II, Amazon SEND

We are seeking a Product Manager to help scale Amazon SEND a cross border logistics solution for WW FBA sellers. You will work backwards from customer problems translate insights into clear product requirements and partner with engineering design and cross-functional teams to bring your vision to life. This role puts you at the center of product decisions where your analytical thinking technical curiosity and ability to drive alignment across teams will directly influence the product experience that global sellers are using every day. This role requires strong product judgment analytical capability stakeholder management and the ability to drive progress across teams. As a Product Manager you will build capabilities to improve value proposition on Amazon SEND with end to end ownership. Key job responsibilities
- Define product requirements and roadmap priorities by working backwards from customer needs making smart trade-offs across engineering design and stakeholder teams to deliver the right capabilities at the right time.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering design finance marketing and operations partners building alignment and influencing teams with different priorities to move products forward.
- Leverage data and customer research to inform product decisions analyze usage patterns customer behavior and feedback to distinguish between what customers say they want and what they actually need.
- Own clear and concise product documentation including specifications and PR/FAQs and communicate product strategy effectively to partners and leadership.
- Evaluate opportunities to integrate generative AI tools and emerging technologies into product workflows refining outputs and applying responsible practices to accelerate development and improve customer outcomes.
- Conduct market research identify business opportunities to provide best in class seller experience on Amazon SEND
- Create and execute go-to-market plans for new features. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimization opportunities. Partner closely with the sales team to drive adoption.

About the team
Amazon SEND is a seller central integrated cross border logistics solution that enables global FBA sellers to ship their inventory from origin country to Amazon FCs in the destination country. SENDs vision is to help spin Amazons FBA flywheel faster by enabling easy access to Amazon integrated competitively priced cross-border logistics solutions for all selling partners located anywhere in the world. As a Product Manager on SEND you will drive platform features to drive SEND growth scale volume across WW lanes.
3 years of product management experience
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in product program or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition throughout the product life cycle from concept to end of lifecycle
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

- Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- 3 years of end to end product delivery experience
